Shipping Policy

Please note that we typically ship using UPS or FedEx; therefore, we cannot ship to PO boxes. We will need a valid street address as you go through the checkout process. 

Orders will be shipped within one business day following verification of payment (successful credit card authorization or clearance of money order/business check). Orders are only shipped on business days - Monday through Friday. Bechtel's shipping department is typically closed between Christmas Day and New Years Day, so orders will not be shipped during this period.

Shipping is available to most international addresses. We use various services for this depending on location, but we do not offer an expedited shipping option.

If you order one or more Wall Charts with Explanatory Booklets, the wall charts will be shipped in a tube. The booklets will be shipped separately so they are not bent in a shipping tube. This raises the shipping cost for Wall Charts, but we want to ensure the products arrive undamaged. Because the Wall Charts and Explanatory Booklets are in two packages, it is possible they may arrive on different days even though we ship them at the same time. If this occurs, you can track the missing shipment using the Fed Ex or UPS tracking numbers. If you need help, please contact our customer service representatives at +1 865-220-2880.
 

Payment Policy

We use Amazon Payments as our credit card processing service. If you want to use a credit card for your purchase, please click on the "Pay with Amazon" button in the shopping cart. This will allow you to log into your existing Amazon account. Once you have logged in, you will be returned to our website where you can use your the shipping and billing addresses and credit card information saved with Amazon to complete the checkout process. 

If you don't have an Amazon account, you can create one during the checkout process.

Once we receive confirmation of the payment, we will ship the order within one business day (except as noted above under Shipping Policy).  
 

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and will take all reasonable actions to ensure this. If your product is damaged when received, please immediately call our customer service representatives at +1 865-220-2880. They will arrange for a replacement shipment and for return of the damaged products (if required). They may also ask you for information we need to process a claim with the shipper. They will also initiate the refund process. This is typically the full cost of the products, minus any volume discount you may have received. 

If you are a reseller, we ask that you please estimate your orders as accurately as possible to avoid overstock situations. While we will accept returns of unsold products, we will only provide a refund for undamaged books or wall charts (with their associated booklets) that are suitable for resale based on our standards. Further, we will not refund shipping costs. We may also adjust the refund to account for any changes to volume discounts. For instance, if your original order qualified for a volume discount but your return enough books so that discount should not have applied, we may adjust the return to account for this change.


Tax Exempt Orders

If you are a Tax Exempt Institution, please make sure to order from the "Items for Tax Exempt Institutions" category of products. The products are the same as those in the "Items for All Customers" category, but are coded to automatically enable you to avoid paying sales tax.
 
If you do place an order containing tax exempt items, you must e-mail documentation proving your sales tax exempt status to us before we can ship your item(s). E-mail it to us at info@nuclidechart.com or fax it to 865-220-2118. If we do not receive your documentation within 7 days of your order placement, we will automatically cancel your order.
